How a photoshoot works.
A dog photography photoshoot is perfect for creating amazing memories whether it's for yourself, or a gift for a friend or loved one.

For an initial consultation about a photoshoot, complete the form on my contact page and we can arrange a suitable time for a telephone call and we can discuss where and when you might like your photoshoot and the portraits of your dog you have in mind.
Once we've booked your photoshoot and a date has been set, we will meet on the day, where I will spend time getting to know your dog and introduce my camera equipment to them. This ensures that they are at ease with me before we start the photoshoot, which usually lasts between 1 and 2 hours (although there really is no time limit). During this time I will capture a number of action and portrait images needed to achieve that all important brief.
I prefer to come to a location which you and your dog are familiar with so that everyone feels comfortable with their surroundings therefore making the whole experience enjoyable and fun for everyone. If you’re unsure of where you might like your photoshoot to take place I know of some beautiful locations which I’m happy to suggest should you wish me to..
What happens after the photoshoot?
You will receive your images 2 to 3 weeks after your session via an on-line private gallery.
I am also available to come and visit you in the comfort of your home for an In-person reveal session of your gallery where I can help you chose how you would like to showcase your images and order any for printing or framing.
